Crystal joined the Advancement Team in October 2018. Previously, Crystal worked for the Ohio State 4-H Office, most recently as a program coordinator. Crystal has a BS from Ohio University in Family and Consumer Sciences and an MS from The Ohio State University in the Department of Agricultural Communication, Education, and Leadership with a specialization in leadership.
In her role, Crystal manages the Ohio 4-H Foundation board and coordinates communication between the board, state and county-based OSU Extension professionals, and clientele. She plans fundraising projects, special events and volunteer efforts. She directs the 4-H Foundation grants program and statewide endowment initiatives. In addition, she manages 4-H Alumni acquisition and engagement efforts. Comprehensively, Crystal’s role is to be a liaison with faculty, Extension Educators, and volunteers on a variety of activities and funds that support Ohio 4-H Youth Development.
