  10. Meat judging

    Meat Science alumni judges sought for Buckeye Classic Nov. 4

    The CFAES Department of Animal Sciences invites its Meat Science alumni to drop by and try judging again during the 3rd annual Buckeye Classic 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 4.

    The free event will be held in Animal Sciences, room 117. Beef, pork and lamb carcasses along with beef and pork wholesale with specifications will be judged.

    Alumni can come and go as they please and are encouraged to meet new faculty as well as the current Buckeyes on the Meat Judging team.
