In the third annual Women Inspire Construction event, presenters will look at what pay equity research is really telling us and why it matters. They will also discuss how women may approach compensation and negotiations differently than men in the industry.

Julie Graber will be the keynote speaker for the event. She is President of Brains for Business, Inc., an Instructor at The Ohio State University, and works with Gender Equity Analytics as a Speaker and Panel Facilitator. Julie has a specific interest in the challenges women face in leadership roles and in the way that they negotiate the use of power.
