  1. Dean's Spring Dinner 2015

    The Ohio State University Airport at Don Scott Field served as a scenic backdrop for the 2015 Dean’s Spring Dinner. Nearly 200 guests filled a decorated airport hangar to celebrate the college’s non-scholarship donors, whose support benefits faculty, teaching, research, operations and program funds.

  2. Friends of Chadwick Arboretum & Learning Gardens Preview Party

    The Friends of Chadwick Preview Party is 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, May 7. The shrub and tree auction begins at 6 p.m. This exclusive event is open to members of Friends of Chadwick Arboretum & Learning Gardens in advance of the rest of the weekend plant sale at the northwest corner of West Lane Avenue and Fred Taylor Drive. Memberships are available at the door.

  3. Buckeye Love 2015

Part of its strength is that Buckeye Love means something different to everyone. For you, it may be the traditions surrounding Ohio State football. Or maybe you share our appreciation of food, agriculture and the environment.

  4. Stop Hunger Now

    Heartfelt thanks are in order to the nearly 350 volunteers and donors who hurried, hauled and helped during the Stop Hunger Now meal-packaging event at the Nationwide and Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center Nov. 24. Volunteers -- most of whom were students, faculty and staff -- packed 75,000 meals in less than three hours. Those meals feed the hungry across the globe. The event was co-hosted by The Ohio State University College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences and the student organization Buckeyes Against Hunger.

  5. Fall Scholarship Dinner 2014

    A record 350 people gathered for live music, great food and valued company at the 2014 Fall Scholarship Dinner. The Ohio Union’s Archie M. Griffin Ballroom looked like a campsite in the woods, complete with fireside stories about scholarship, tent, kayak, and even s’mores for dessert. Donors met with scholarship recipients, Ohio State faculty and staff. Dean Bruce McPheron thanked donors for their support and challenged their beneficiaries to set a goal to “pay it forward” in the future.

  6. Dean's Spring Dinner 2014

    The port of call was The Ohio State University when the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences welcomed a record 220 guests to the 2014 Dean’s Spring Dinner. From a waterfront-themed stage on a replica dock with palm trees and steel drum band, Dr. Bruce A. McPheron hosted college donors, students, faculty and staff for a gourmet dinner and live program at the Nationwide and Ohio 4-H Center.

  8. 2014 Alumni Awards Luncheon

    About 180 people met for a hearty lunch and heartfelt appreciation as The Ohio State University College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences presented its 2014 Alumni Awards at the Ohio Union on March 1. Thirteen recipients were joined by friends, family, and CFAES students, faculty and staff in the Ohio Union for the annual event, which honors those who contribute in various ways to the college, the university and the community as a whole.

  9. Fall Scholarship Dinner 2013

    The Ohio Union's Archie Griffin Ballroom stage resembled an autumn forest during the CFAES Fall Scholarship Dinner in November.  Learn how 250 guests, most of whom were the college's scholarship donors and their recipients, celebrated together. 

  10. Pat and Bobby Moser Scholars Ultimate Ice Cream Social

    On Friday, June 7, 2013, the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences celebrated the Pat and Bobby Moser Scholars Program by throwing the Ultimate Ice Cream Social.  Guests included supporters and friends of the program.  Pat and Bobby have hosted bowl game ice cream socials for the past 15 years.  The college couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate the fundraising progress for the Moser Scholars Program than with the Ultimate Ice Cream Social...
