Food Evolution Screening on Wooster Campus

A free screening of the document Food Evolution will be held 5:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7 at the Fisher Auditorium on Wooster Campus.
This film, directed by Academy Award nominee Scott Hamilton Kennedy and narrated by Neil deGrasse Tyson, explores controversy around the science of food through the lens of the debate over genetically engineered foods.
We will have pizza and beverages available before the screening from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in Fisher South Exhibit Room. Please plan on stopping by to catch up with other CFAES alumni and friends!
Following the screening, there will be a panel discussion at 7 p.m. featuring Dr. Cathann A. Kress, dean of the CFAES and Vice President for Agricultural Administration; Dr. Gabe Middleton, a local veterinarian who is president-elect of the Council for Agriculture Science and Technology (CAST); Glenn Mott, VP Compliance, Gerber Poultry, Inc.; and Dr. Jarrod Tudor, dean of University of Akron’s Wayne College.
