Hello!
Congratulations on attaining your degree from Ohio State CFAES! You have done something tremendous—something that likely felt overwhelming when you first started down this path.
You have officially joined the ranks of the CFAES alumni. No matter where the future takes you, this special status connects you to the world.
As an alum, you will receive:
- Continuum, the alumni magazine for CFAES.
- CFAES Connect, a monthly enewsletter keeping you up to date on the college and your fellow alumni.
- Invitations to events near you. These include networking happy hours, volunteer projects, educational opportunities, and other fun events.
There are also a variety of ways for you to get involved with the alumni community:
- The CFAES Alumni Society board of directors is a group of alumni that represent each CFAES academic region and various geographic locations. The board coordinates events, outreach, and philanthropy for the CFAES alumni community. Board positions are not always available, but to apply to the rolling application, click here.
- Coming summer 2021, CFAES will be launching an ambassador program. This program will give alumni opportunity to connect with fellow alumni and represent CFAES in their communities. If you are interested in being an alumni ambassador, please email cfaesalumni@osu.edu.
- The Young Alumni Academy is a professional and personal development program for young Ohio State alumni. The group meets over a 10month period. Participants hear from experts and community leaders about a variety of topics, including salary negotiation, work-life balance, and personal branding. For more information and to apply, click here.
